In my Conclusion:

All the infrastructure laid for 2G services becomes obsolete for 3G.Thus 3G requires seperate infrastucture which is costly.
4.Cost of upgradation

Sometimes blogging applications like wordpress, blogger, typead etc. are too much for a post.
